Who We Are
At Sixteen11 Media Group Ltd, we’re committed to continuing to maintain the trust and confidence of people who drop by to check out one of our websites. One thing we’re pleased to share with you is that we’re not in the business of selling, renting or trading your personal information with companies outside of the Sixteen11 family for business or marketing purposes. On occasion we will work with people to share exciting offers with you, but the message will always be from us, your data will stay with us and we’d only agree to communicate anything if we think it’s something that you would benefit from.
In this Privacy Policy we’ve outlined lots of information on when we collect your personal data, why we do this, how we use it and most importantly, how we keep it secure.
Under GDPR we will ensure that your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, without adversely affecting your rights.
Types of Data We Collect
Google Analytics
When someone visits one of the Sixteen11 Media Group Ltd websites, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitors behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things like the number of visitors to our website, what parts of the site are more popular than others, what times of day we’re visited and from which countries and what people search to find us. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our websites.
When we have this information, we use it to make decisions on how we can make the visitor experience even better.
Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process to receive emails from Sixteen11 Media Group Ltd’s companies, we collect a very limited amount of your personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about things you’ve asked us to you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide further information, to check our records are correct and up-to-date and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied with the service our companies provide. We don’t rent or trade email lists with any other businesses.
We use a third-party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our email communications to you. We gather statistics around email openings and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor what we’re communicating to you and improve the information we share with you about what we’re doing, create and are excited about. For more information, please see Mailchimp’s privacy policy.
